Please allow up to 3-7 business days for your order to be made, packaged and shipped out to you, as I individually package each order on my own with love and the utmost care! All packages ship from Germany, so depending on how far you are, shipping times can vary from a few days up to 30 days. All orders shipped from my shop are sent via DHL as a "large letter" and come with tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email when your order is shipped. For more information on the estimated shipping time for each country, please refer to this link.

If your order arrives damaged, I will be more than happy to ensure a free replacement for you! All you have to do is send the below information to: lottisartstudio@gmail.com - a photo of the damaged package and item - your full name, order number, and a brief explanation If there is any other issue regarding other items from my shop please don't hestitate to contact me!

You may cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the order. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform me of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the contact form on my website or email me at lottisartstudio@gmail.com. If you cancel this contract, I will refund to you all payments already received from you, including shipping costs. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly authorised otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such a refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest. The ordered items will be returned or handed over to Charlotte Metzner Graelstraße 23 48153 Münster without undue delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after receipt of the notification of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You must pay for all returning costs.
